Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ckvip. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Introduction and Acceptance

1. Eligibility
1.1 Age and Capacity

Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Requirements
You may register only one ckvip account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. ckvip reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckvip account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ckvip support immediately. ckvip will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
2.3 KYC Verification
ckvip may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, when requesting a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of the payment method used. ckvip reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Verified accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits and same-day processing on eligible transactions.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Deposits to your ckvip account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the supported payment methods listed on the Platform. The following general conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the Platform cashier.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name and linked to your verified ckvip account may be used to make deposits.
- ckvip does not accept deposits derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. ckvip reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your ckvip account are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. ckvip does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Verified accounts (KYC complete) are eligible for same-day withdrawal processing on standard requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be fully satisfied before funds derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Policy

4.2 Bonus Abuse
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

- Using bonus funds to place low-risk or systematically hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk of loss.
- Providing false information at registration in order to qualify for a specific promotional offer.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, including through collusion on table games or sports betting markets.
5. Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct
5.1 Game Results and Integrity
All casino game outcomes on ckvip are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by genuine physical dealing and spinning processes supervised by licensed studio operators. ckvip does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game result, ckvip reserves the right to void the relevant round and return stakes to the players involved. Displayed game results are final once the transaction is confirmed in the Platform's system.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting on ckvip is subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each betting market. In general: bets are binding once confirmed; in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and the Platform's cut-off time for the relevant event; ckvip reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by demonstrable technical error in odds display; and where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the designated timeframe, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as stated in the Platform's sports rules documentation.
5.3 Prohibited Technical Conduct
The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, data-mining tools, screen-reading programs, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. Players must not exploit software bugs, errors in odds or payout calculations, or any other technical vulnerabilities in the Platform. Discovery of any such exploit must be reported to ckvip support immediately. Exploitation of any identified or unidentified vulnerability will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
6. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment
ckvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount on your account.
- Loss limits: cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
- Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Self-exclusion: voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct

7. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
7.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. ckvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ckvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
7.2 Service Availability
ckvip endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside ckvip's reasonable control. ckvip will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary Platform unavailability. Where scheduled maintenance is planned, ckvip will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by electronic communication where practicable.
7.3 Amendments to These Terms
ckvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the Platform or by electronic notification where reasonably practicable. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice, or, if no date is specified, from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your ckvip account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any remaining balance.
